Easy-Animation is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. This license allows you to use Easy-Animation for creating animations. You may not, sell Easy-Animation or any part the Easy-Animation software, modify Easy-Animation's code, steal the work others or sell animations made with Easy-Animation without receiving permission from the animation owner. If you are attempting to make profit or money using Easy-Animation you may be asked to pay a royalty which you must pay in order to be allowed use Easy-Animation to make money or profit.
All animations created with Easy-Animation are owned by the maker of the animation and Easy-Animation. However, Easy-Animation grants you a license to use the animations you create for personal or commercial purposes. If you use Easy-Animation to create any animations or any other content, you must credit Easy-Animation by including either the name "Easy-Animation" or the link to the software (https://eza.netlify.app/) in the credits or acknowledgments section of the project or wherever appropriate. Examples of such projects may include but are not limited to, videos, gifs, illustrations, and other multimedia content.
You are allowed to share animations that you create using Easy-Animation on any platform of your choice, including but not limited to social media, video sharing websites, and personal websites. However, you must credit Easy-Animation as described in section 2 above.
You may not use Easy-Animation in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Easy-Animation or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Easy-Animation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Easy-Animation, or any part of it, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Easy-Animation, or any part of it, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use of Easy-Animation, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of Easy-Animation.
Easy-Animation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Easy-Animation will meet your requirements, or that Easy-Animation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Easy-Animation, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this license or Easy-Animation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
By using Easy-Animation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license.
